Privacy Policy

• Account information: your email address and name, and whether you signed up with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In.
• Progress data: lessons completed, streaks, XP, gems, quiz answers, and reflection text you type in the app, so your progress syncs across devices.
• Subscription status: whether you have an active Pathlight Pro subscription, managed through Apple's App Store (or Google Play) and RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider.
• Device and diagnostic information handled automatically by our infrastructure providers (see "Who we share information with" below) to keep the app running — we do not operate our own analytics or advertising tracking.

• To create and secure your account, and sync your progress across your devices.
• To run the app's core features: lessons, streaks, practice, and your subscription entitlement.
• To respond when you contact us for support.
• To meet legal obligations, like responding to a lawful request or enforcing our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Pathlight currently has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs integrated.

We share information only with the service providers that make Pathlight work:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication (including Apple and Google sign-in verification).
• RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases and entitlement status on our behalf.
• Apple and Google — process any in-app purchases you make and provide sign-in services, under their own privacy policies.
• Expo/EAS — our mobile app build and update infrastructure.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

Text you type into reflection prompts is stored with your account so you can review it later. It is not shared publicly, is not used to train any AI model, and is not reviewed by anyone other than you unless you contact us for support and share it yourself.

Pathlight is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. Account creation requires confirming you're 13 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at michael.sadek2008@gmail.com and we will delete it.

• Access or correct your info: update your name, preferences, and settings any time in the app.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems.
• Manage subscriptions: subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google account, not through us directly.

We use industry-standard safeguards (including encryption in transit) provided by our infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
