Terms of Service

Pathlight is intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an account. We don't knowingly allow anyone under 13 to register, and we may remove any account we learn belongs to someone under 13.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at michael.sadek2008@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Pathlight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or the Play Store app on Android) — we cannot cancel it for you.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us directly.

Scripture quoted in Pathlight is drawn from the King James Version (public domain) unless otherwise labeled. Explanations, hints, and study notes are provided as study aids to support your own reading of Scripture — they are not a substitute for Scripture itself or for guidance from your own pastor, priest, or faith community.

Don't use Pathlight to violate any law, harass others, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.

Anything you type into a reflection prompt is yours. It's stored so you can review it later and isn't shared publicly or with other users.

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pathlight is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
